  My spiritual journey began when I was in middle school and I learned the arts of intuition, astrology, the teachings of Edgar Cayce and Sylvia Browne, and tarot from my mother. I was fascinated and hooked on life beyond this reality. I devoured books about "The Other Side" and watched Sylvia Brown every time she was on the Montel Williams Show.  I have always had a strong interest in spirituality, psychology, and the deeper meaning of life.

I was a competitive swimmer at age four, and my love for sports was strong. I started Judo in my youth soon after, and I fell in love with martial arts.  I love the challenge, discipline and spirituality in martial arts and sports. In both sports and spirituality, I found my life passions. 

 

  I graduated in 2007 from the University of Colorado at Boulder with degrees in Psychology, Anthropology, and Biology as I could combine my love for the human mind with the mystical culture of humanity and the body. They were all related. 

 

   I spent sixteen years working in law enforcement, mental health crisis intervention and support in Boulder/Denver and I've had always have a passion to help people with their mental health, fitness, and wellbeing.

  In 2018, I deepened my spiritual studies and that led me into meditation and viewing life in an existential way. I began to look inward which led me into my self-healing journey. I had a spiritual awakening and desire to go further. I met the love of my life (and now my beautiful wife) in 2016, and we began our deeper spiritual journey and union in 2019. We share a strong passion for spirituality, transformational growth, and with helping others in our community and beyond.

 

   With years of studying under spiritual mentors  learning soul psychology, hypnosis, numerology, astrology, and the soul's journey, I became a spiritual facilitator and mentor.

   I became a Certified Clinical Hypnotist in 2024 after completing many sessions with clients. In 2024, I added a certificate for Quantum Healing to add to my services.

​

   At Zen Warrior Hypnosis, I offer hypnosis and spiritual healing services to help you overcome negative beliefs, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is to guide you towards a more positive and loving version of yourself. I believe in holistic healing to include the spirit, body, and mind. 

 

   I will work with you through accessing your soul contract, and by helping you to heal your subconscious mind. By working with your guides, subconscious, and  higher self, we can identify root causes of challenges, behaviors, thoughts, and any habits/behaviors/thoughts that you would like to change. I can help you achieve your goals, heal yourself, and empower you to move forward towards a positive future. I will help you not only heal the roots of your subconscious blocks, but I will also help you to embody your new beliefs in a grounded way to navigate life with a higher vibration.
